Terms and Conditions


 1      Arrival and departure

 

We normally expect guests to leave before 10 am, and we expect to make the villa available by 4 pm. This should allow the maid(s) time to clean etc. However we recognise that people may need to book flights that do not coincide with these times. Accordingly we will try to work with you to accommodate luggage at the villa between these times.

 

2       Numbers of people

 

Villa Pilar is able to accommodate 16 people (including two on sofa beds) in its 7 bedrooms. In addition there are 3 cots. Under no circumstances may more than this number be present. You confirm the maximum number of people staying in your original booking request.

 

We do not accept pets.

 

3         Cleanliness etc 

 We will not charge for “trivial” breakages – we all break the occasional glass etc

 

We expect the villa to be left in a clean and  tidy state, with rubbish  taken to the many skips around the estate.

 

Please respect the fact that this is our house, and keep the property reasonably clean and tidy during your stay. We expect the property to be left in a clean and tidy condition on your departure.

 

 

 

4      Noise

 

We are not aware of any current or planned construction work in the vicinity of the villa, and since this is in an established community, there is no prospect of any nearby major construction. However obviously we cannot guarantee this.

 

Similarly the community is relatively quiet, and we expect guests to respect the peaceful nature of the locality. In particular, please do not make excessive noise after 11 pm. The neighbouring properties are all occupied full time by permanent residents, so please be considerate of them.

 

Additionally should any activity or large gathering of people other than those noted on our invoice take place (e.g. party, wedding reception) we must be informed about it at the time of booking.

 

5     Problems and complaints

 

In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the local representative immediately. We cannot accept any complaints where we have not been notified at the time. We will endeavour to correct any problem as soon as possible, within the constraints of local contractors.

 If you do have a complaint, you must give us full details in writing within 7 days of your departure.

 

Liability

 

By booking with us, you are deemed on behalf of all members of your party to have read the description of the villa and accepted the terms and conditions contained herein. All information included in this web site is correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of insertion and we make every effort to keep the information as up to date as possible.

 

We have full liability insurance in respect of the villa, a copy of which is available on request. Our liability in no instance shall be greater than the cover afforded by this policy.

 

Data Protection

 

While we use computers to manage our business, we do not reveal any personal information to third parties unless required to do so by law.
